Bridge the Gap Media, also known as BTG Media by many, was founded in 2009 by Jim Weiskopf, with a focus on helping organizations communicate their brand message and company offerings via online and traditional media.  We realized ten years ago that marketing was becoming more and more complex, and that there was a need for a company like ours to lead change and drive growth in companies like yours.  Our process includes working with organizations to build strategic marketing plans and then executing those plans through ongoing website development and enhancements, content creation and then sharing that content via various marketing channels including email marketing, online and traditional media, and social media.

We were early adopters with online media and marketing. Since 1996 we’ve been involved with online media.  Whether it’s launching a re-branding initiative, creating an integrated media strategy or building a business development plan, our team has the track record, skills, and experience to help you build and execute a branding and growth strategy.

Our roots are in the radio business where we learned the marketing challenges of virtually every type of business.  While the messaging might be different for each client and each category, the tools that you use to communicate the message are much the same for all companies. We worked at WTOP radio, CBS Radio, ABC Radio, The Washington Redskins Radio Network, and Clear Channel Communications.  We’ve also worked across every different sector including Business to Consumer, Business to Business, and Business to Government. The organizations we’ve worked with include, associations, government organizations, and government contractors.

We’ve sat on planning and membership committees for associations like The National Association of Broadcasters and The Radio Advertising Bureau.  We have been asked to speak at convention training events and we’ve done numerous educational webinars for associations like PTAP which is a division of The Association of Procurement Technical Assistant Centers and for The Association of Water Technologies.
