How are you using social media to reach your audience?  Social media gives us opportunities to reach and engage with audiences of all ages and areas of interest. Whether it’s LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter or Facebook, we know your audience is out there, and we need to build a plan to tailor a message for each audience and deliver it to them on the social media channel of their choice. 

There are other ways to effectively use social media for targeting.  Some of the options are listed below. Each social media platform is different, but all give us the opportunity to target people that are relevant to your product or service.

  • Targeting – With some of the platforms we can build target criteria based on job titles and companies, and other demographic information.
  • Remarketing – Here we can send messages to people, in their social media stream, that have visited your website. 
  • Matched Audiences – With matched audiences some of the social media platforms allow you to market to your contacts from your customer databases and marketing automation platforms. This allows you to stay in touch with your contacts and increase ROI by enabling you to focus your efforts on those that are most likely interested in your products or services.
