Our managed email program has experienced a consistent open rate between 25 and 30%. Client Background: Founded in 1960, Kalmia Construction Company has been in the commercial General Contracting business for over 50 years. Kalmia works with commercial real estate brokers and architects to deliver superior interior renovations to building owners. They consistently rank in the top 25 of Washington D.C. Commercial General Contractors.

Client Challenge: Kalmia hired Bridge The Gap Media to open up new markets by helping them diversify their business. They also needed an updated brand position and sales/marketing strategy to target new customers.

The Step-by-Step process with goal to build a foundation for revenue growth:

1) Designed an interactive website that showcases their work, and acts as a interactive sales and marketing tool.

2) Created new positioning and branding for the company based on specialty areas of work and 50 year business history.
